Kash is the founder of 1 on 1 Training and is a certified personal trainer with a passion for health & fitness.  He specializes in helping clients lose weight, build muscle, increase mobility after injury, prep for bodybuilding competitions and live healthier lifestyles.  As a bodybuilding competitor himself Kash is well versed in many different types of training in order to help his clients achieve their goals as efficiently as possible.  He also has years of experience in nutrition coaching and helps his clients create healthy, sustainable eating habits that fit their lifestyle.​
